SPaDCO has been notified that the amendments to the land zoning and reduction of minimum lot size from 40 ha to 1 ha for the property at 322 Stuarts Point Road is now in force. Draft chapter E4, Yarrahapinni Land Release Area, of the Development Control Plan has yet to be approved by Council.  The objectives of this chapter are to encourage appropriate development which is sensitive to the environmental values of the land, to ensure appropriate management of all land zoned for environmental conservation and to protect riparian areas and key fish habitat.
